アメリカ食品医薬品局（Food and Drug Administration）は、「 Clinical Performance Assessment: Considerations for Computer Assisted Detection Devices Applied to Radiology Images and Radiology Device Data in Premarket Notification (510(k))」と題して最終改定ガイダンス（以下「 FDA ガイダンス」）を2022年9月に公表しました。今回は、FDA ガイダンスについて、 Computer Assisted Detection (CADe)システムの臨床試験デザインを構築する上で特に重要度が高いと思われるものを取り上げ、日本語で記載しています。
